What a fantastic selection! I love Francois’ work (I also don’t think I’ve actually read anything he’s illustrated - just stared and stared at the illos!). The Gingerbread Rabbit cover gave me a sudden rush back to childhood, I’ve no memory of where I saw it but I definitely did and was fascinated by the cover and the idea of a Gingerbread Rabbit instead of a boring old Gingerbread Man!
